14-Day Clarity Guarantee

We want you to feel genuinely more clear and confident after starting our courses. If you complete Module 1 and its worksheet within 14 days of purchase and don't feel more clear and confident about your next steps, email us and we'll issue a full refund of your core course purchase — no hard feelings.

How to Request a Refund

Email ceabbey@persistencekey.com within 14 days of your purchase date, using the email address you purchased with, and let us know you'd like a refund under the 14-day guarantee. We may ask a few quick questions about what wasn't working so we can improve.

What's Not Covered

• Refund requests made after the 14-day window.
• One-on-one coaching calls or live office-hours sessions you've already attended.
• Optional order-bump add-ons (such as the Toolkit Vault) are non-refundable once downloaded, since digital delivery is instant, but are typically included at no extra concern if the core course itself is refunded within the window.
• Membership subscriptions, which can be canceled anytime to stop future billing (see your account for cancellation), but past billing periods already delivered are not refunded.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
