1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or purchasing anything from Persistence Key Services ("Persistence Key," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase our products.
2. Who We Are
Persistence Key Services operates Persistence Key Academy and related programs, offering online courses, digital worksheets, coaching calls, live group sessions, and community access focused on financial literacy, immigration navigation, career development, and related topics for immigrants and their families.
3. Educational Purpose Only
All content — including courses, worksheets, coaching calls, office hours, and community discussion — is educational and informational only. It is not individualized legal, immigration, financial, tax, or investment advice, and it does not create an attorney-client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. We do not guarantee any specific outcome (including but not limited to visa approval, immigration status, scholarship awards, employment, or financial results). Always confirm your specific situation with a licensed attorney, accountant, or financial professional before making decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our products. By using this site, you confirm you meet this requirement.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
6. Purchases & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and may vary by course or tier. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the listed price, including any optional add-ons (such as order bumps) you select at checkout. 7. License to Course Content
When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use that content for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, screen-record for redistribution, or use our content to create a competing product or service.
8. Live Events & Coaching Calls
Certain tiers include live coaching calls or group office hours scheduled via Calendly. These are offered at the times made available; no-shows are not automatically rescheduled unless you contact us in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
9. Community Access
Some tiers include access to a private community hosted on a third-party platform. You agree to participate respectfully. We may remove access for anyone who violates community guidelines, harasses other members, or misuses the space.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Intellectual Property
All course materials, worksheets, videos, branding, and site content are owned by Persistence Key Services or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
12. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate this business, including Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), and email delivery infrastructure. Your use of those integrated features is also subject to those providers' own terms.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outcome will result from using our courses.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Persistence Key Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or courses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Persistence Key Services harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our content.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
